KOA’s Northernmost campground is hiring Campground/Operations manager couple/team

The family-owned Fairbanks / Chena River KOA in NORTH POLE, ALASKA is looking for an managers  for the 2025 and possibly 2026 season (early May until mid-September). We are a busy 150-site RV park (4 tent sites) on almost 20 acres at the Chena River between Fairbanks and North Pole.

Job Description:
You will make sure that our guests have a great experience and are motivated to leave good reviews and ensure that the park is well kept and all infrastructure stays in good working condition. You handle daily operations of the campground, including staff scheduling, training, and supervision. General office administration. Run a few shifts in office / maintenance and step in where needed. Plan and supervise outside maintenance and upkeep as well as hands on repair projects to keep the park in pristine condition. Owners will be on site for training and on and off, working in larger improvements and renovations.

Requirements:
Highly motivated and outstanding customer service and skills / enjoys training and working with a small team / advanced skills in general plumbing, electrical and landscaping required / management experience in hospitality preferred / a minimum of 1 season experience at a KOA campground as manager or workampers absolutely required.

Compensation:
fixed salary based on experience. Free FHU site. End of year bonus.
