Job Description
Trinity Lake KOA Holiday is hiring for our 2025 season! I know this is long but it’s full of all the info! Come join us in Northern California on Trinity Lake for a summer you’ll want to come back to! Big plus, 95% of sites are fully shaded as we are in the forest! We are a busy park! 127 RV sites,72 premium tent sites and 20 deluxe cabins.Those who apply should be ready to work, bring zero drama or bs, and are good, kind hearted people. Now let’s get down to the important stuff!
Season dates April 15 – Sept 30
All Positions start at $16.50/hr except housekeeping at $17hr with a $0.50 raise if you return the following season!
We have something for everyone! As well as the “normal” campers, we accept schoolies, van lifers, car/truck campers and even tenters! If you work hard and take pride in what you do, we want you!
Site rent:
$50 a month for tent or car/truck workampers-no hookups with a fire pit.
$200 a month for RV site-FHU, utilities included with a fire pit.
****Site rent is fully refunded to you upon completing your commitment****
Weekly Laundry Stipend
There are 4 bath houses on site with bathrooms, showers, and a coin laundry room in each.
The jobs! Now this can vary because we’re pretty flexible!
We have part time, full time and volunteer-for-site available to meet your needs as workampers! Please let us know if you’d like to volunteer-for-site and we can go over that.
Assistant GM Pay/Arrival date TBD
will hire from staff on-site unless the right candidate is found prior. I Need this person to stay the whole season and come back in 2026.. I would love it if this person could potentially replace me in 2027, when we open the next park for our owners.

Maintenance/groundskeeping/pool:$16.50hr
1 full time May 1 – Sept 5
1 part time/and part time security June 1 – Sept 5
Security $16.50/hr
1 part time June 1 – Sept 5
Front Desk/Guest Services:$16.50/hr
3 full time May 1 – Sep 5
1 part time June 1 – Sept 5
Activities/Kids Klubhouse assistant:$16.50/hr
1 part time May 15 – Sept 5

THE LAKE of course! 17,000 surface acres of our beautiful Trinity Lake, 462 ft deep, and surrounded by miles and miles of atv/utv/side by side trails. Bring your boats and all your toys! We also have a marina.
Our kids clubhouse is where all the arts and crafts happen! It’s also stocked with games and puzzles, etc and outside we have basketball, cornhole, and our Saturday tie-dye events!
25% off in our General Store (excluding alcohol)
Unleaded gas, diesel and propane sold on site.
Beer, wine and spirits sold in our general store as well as groceries, gifts ,essentials, and a gourmet coffee bar!
On site food truck! “Burger Oasis” and its YUMM!
Paddleboard, kayak, and corcl boat rentals (free for employees and their family)
