- Greet and welcome all guests coming into the registration/office area.
- Resolve guest concerns and complaints in a thoughtful manner while maintaining campground standards.
- Clean and stock store throughout the day.
- Answer inquiries from guests via phone, email, SMS and in person.
- Establish and maintain communication with fellow team members and utilize proper radio etiquette.
- Oversee and ensure that all guests are checked in/out in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, customer service, quality and cleanliness.

Come join the San Antonio Alamo KOA team! Located in the heart of Texas, the San Antonio Alamo KOA is a great launch pad to see all that San Antonio and Hill Country has to offer. Just a few miles from the famous Alamo and Riverwalk.
Our Front Desk Guest Services team members provide attentive and courteous service to all guests during their stay. Front desk team members make and confirm reservations, register guests, collect payments, retail sales through the camp store. Additionally, team members should be comfortable assisting guests with complaints or problems during their stay. Experience with resale and cash handling preferred.
