Coordinate events (this is an all employee hands on deck). Handle guest interactions, ensure full compliance of policies and procedures. The ability to provide effective leadership, ability to train and encourage employee growth. Be On Call in case of emergencies and after hours phone responsibilities.

Job Description
Managers responsibilities would be day to day operations of the RV park which would include training of employees, website management, payroll an budget. Overseeing scheduling, store operations, store purchasing, reservations, maintenance, housekeeping. Most importantly making sure our guest experience is GREAT by providing a positive attitude. Customer service and satisfaction is of the utmost importance. Our Managers work hand-in-hand with our workampers and lead by example. Flexibility and commitment to the KOA experience is a must. K2 experience is a must for at least one of the team members. A Texas Propane License is required for this position and we will assist the right person in getting their license.
