    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee daily park operations, ensuring that the Park provides a repeatable safe, clean, and enjoyable guest experience.
    • Interview, hire, train, and supervise park staff, including maintenance workers, and office staff, and train for career progression.
    • Manage the park’s reservations and check-in/check-out processes.
    • Respond to guest concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner, using good judgment to escalate to District Manager or other management as needed.
    • Ensure that all park facilities and equipment are properly maintained and repaired expediently.
    • Manage park operating budget and expenses,
    • Lead by example with a proactive stance on safety and operations of the park.
    • Be knowledgeable and aware of local, state, and federal regulations pertaining to RV parks and ensure that the park follows all local, state, and federal regulations
    • Maintain documentation of park happenings, staff concerns, and all information related to smooth and efficient park operations.

Our goal is to provide outstanding RV park management support and services, assist park proprietors, and implement solid solutions for RV park owners. Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Park Manager for the brand-new Texas Holiday KOA at McKinney North/Celina. Situated north of the Dallas metroplex, KOA McKinney/Celina is a perfect escape for relaxation and outdoor adventure.

 

The Park Manager will oversee daily operations and manage all aspects of the park, including guest services, managing staff, upholding maintenance standards, and budget adherence. The ideal candidate will be a polished, enthusiastic person with an RV who will reside on-site and provide a resort level of customer service to exceed expectations for RV park guests. 

Qualifications for consideration:

  • Full-time RVer ready to relocate and live on-site.
  • Previous experience with KOA systems strongly preferred for this location.
  • 3+ years of management experience in RV park operations or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills with experience working in a fast-paced and sometimes unpredictable environment.
  • Strong conflict management skills and exceptional ability to manage relationships with clients, guests, and staff.
  • Proficiency is reservation management systems.
  • Proficiency in budget management.

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, operate equipment, and lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Some parks may require certification to dispense propane.
