Maintenance
Includes trash pick up, site escort, mowing the grounds, perform basic carpentry, electrical and plumbing repairs. Maintenance to the buildings and equipment. Perform routine checks of the campground, during and/or after hours, to maintain a staff presence and enforce the rules and regulations of the park.
Provide GREAT guest service by being attentive, responsive and helpful. Greet guests at every opportunity by demonstrating a friendly and professional demeanor.
Implement daily, weekly and monthly maintenance and cleaning programs as outlined by the supervisor. Including, but are not limited to: pool, fishing lake, lawn mowing, weed eating, landscaping, cleaning of buildings, propane pumping,and servicing equipment.
Report all problems, requests or complaints to the supervisor and follow-up to resolve the issue if possible.
Housekeeping of restrooms and cabins, some store and office work.
Transport other trash and waste to disposal areas.
. Ensure that cabins and other public areas are clean and free of offensive odors.
• Replenish supplies such as soaps, coffee cups, linens, and bathroom items.
• Sort, count, clean linens, and store them in linen closets.
• Wash windows, walls, ceilings, and woodwork, waxing and polishing as necessary.
• Request repair services as needed.
Disinfect equipment and supplies,
• Dust window blinds.
• Wash dishes and clean kitchens, cooking utensils, and silverware.
