  • Responsibilities

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Clean and style accommodation rooms and public areas efficiently, to brand expectations, with great attention to detail and within time standards.

     Refresh and replenish guest rooms with amenities, supplies, linens, and applicable collateral to ensure all items are available for guest use.

     Remove bedding and count linens in the room, then make beds neatly with fresh sheets and pillowcases.

     Fill out appropriate forms.  Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations.

  • Compensation/Benefits

    The pay rate is $12.00 per hour with all hours paid and the site rent will be $300.00 per month.  Evaluation of pay after 30 days.  Included is, 15% discount on store items and propane nd free Wi-Fi.

    Minimum hours: 20 hrs per week (4 hrs 5 days a week) Hours can increase over time, due to increased number of guests.

    Panama City Beach KOA Holiday is NEW in 2024 and we’re looking for a housekeeper for the 2024 summer season. In the sunshine state, we are a year-round destination Panama City Beach, is often referred to as “the island” because of these various bodies of water. In fact, it is a peninsula and is positioned on a narrow strip of land bordered on the south by the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico its pristine and picturesque beaches are just 2 miles from our driveway.

Job Description

The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, comfortable, and tidy environment in support of the housekeeping department at our campground. They are to clean all private offices and public common areas, including thegeneral store, restrooms, and accommodation units while maintaining departmental standards. The Housekeeper consistently offers professional, friendly, and engaging customer service. Proper maintenance of the housekeeping toolsand equipment is essential. Housekeepers work as part of a diverse team to meet and exceed KOA brand standards.
