In this role, you are expected to be punctual, prepare meals efficiently, and ensure timely delivery. When the food truck is not busy, you may be asked to assist with additional tasks such as light groundskeeping, restroom checks, or supporting the office team.
Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the food truck is essential. You’ll be responsible for keeping the truck in pristine condition at the end of each shift, taking note of supplies that need restocking, and ensuring everything is prepped and ready for the next day.
