  • Responsibilities

    CAMPGROUND TEAM MEMBERS will be required to WORK ACROSS ALL AREAS OF THE CAMPGROUND. YOU MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT UP TO A MINIMUM OF 50 POUNDS, BE ABLE TO BEND AND STRETCH WITHOUT ASSISTANCE.

    Duties will include but not limited to: cleaning toilets, making beds inside cabins, operating the honeywagon dump service and regular emptying of the dump station by using the honeywagon machine provided. Picking up dog poo. These are some of the nasty duties, so if you can handle those, then you can handle anything. In addition, having maintenance skills will help but not necessary. Also, be able to follow a roster of 1 week on and 1 week off which may include being rostered to start work from 7am. Be able to work unsupervised.

    Preferred applicants: Totally LOVE!! a Work Kamping lifestyle or wish to give it a go. We will be looking to hire IMMEDIATELY. You can be an individual or a couple.
    Start date: NOW or as soon as you can get here.

  • Compensation/Benefits

    Work Kamper Package that includes: One RV Site (to include water, electric, and honey wagon/dump service).
    Hours: Maximum 35 hours per week. Rotational Schedule: 1 week on, 1 week off. (5 hours per day for 7 days, then you get to take off for a week to explored Alaska).
    Rate of pay: $15 per hour
    Extra’s:
    High speed WiFi for streaming, full use of the laundry (bring your own supplies), Propane refills at cost included, 10% Staff discount on all store items, plus for when friends and family wish to visit you they will receive a 20% discount on RV sites and 20% discount on cabins (based on availability), PLUS a uniform kit will be supplied. (shirt, rain jacket  and name tag)

Hello! We are hiring MORE TEAM MEMBERS – WE NEED ASAP 2 TEAM MEMBERS (CAN BE SINGLES OR COUPLES) NOW!  for the 2024 Season. Most important to us is a fantastic attitude and work ethic. We want to hear from you if you do a really good job at whatever it is you are doing (cleaning that sparkles, solid, reliable, skilled maintenance and outdoor work, friendly and efficient work, all jobs done with attention to detail) and if you are cheerful, positive, friendly and like working with a team of like minded people, then we want to hear from you.

All our team members enjoy working across all areas of our campground, plus they love meeting our guests and sharing their stories. Our season is short (May 22 – September 12 – our Season is estimated at 16 – 17 Weeks). We will talk to and interview work kampers interested in spending the full season with us, and who have no problem with working across all areas of our campground. FIRST TIME WORK KAMPERS & MILITARY ENCOURAGED TO APPLY.

We work hard but we really want to enjoy working together and have a good time with each other. Our philosophy is to do work at a level that impresses our guests, providing a great product for our customers in a kind, genuine, friendly, happy way.
