  • Responsibilities

    Perform basic carpentry, electrical and plumbing repairs, and maintenance to campground buildings, facilities, equipment and grounds as directed by the Campground Manager. Implement daily, weekly and monthly maintenance and cleaning programs as outlined by the immediate supervisor. Examples include, but are not limited to these areas; weed eating, landscaping, cleaning of building, garbage pick-up, propane pumping and various other campground equipment. Provide excellent and friendly guest service by being attentive, responsive and helpful to all guests needs.
    • Perform all other duties assigned by the campground manager, including laundry servicing if needed. Greet the guests at every opportunity by demonstrating a friendly welcome and professional demeanor.
    • Present a positive impression with a well-groomed appearance, smiles and proper KOA uniform. Report all customer problems, requests or complaints to the campground manager or supervisor and follow-up to resolve the issue if possible. Comply with all federal and state safety programs by adhering to established guidelines in the operation and storage of various equipment, tools, and chemicals, ensuring your safety, as well as that of fellow staff and campground guests. We accommodate teams by scheduling them for same date and hours. We require minimum of 24 hours of work per week.

    Compensation/Benefits
    Minimum hours: Vary 24-32 hrs. per week (5 days a week, 2 days off) pay based upon experience is, with all hours paid – Discussed during interview.

    RV site rent will be $500.00 per month, RV utilities included, free blazing fast Wi-Fi, 15% discount on store items and propane.

    Work Camper couples hours are usually scheduled together with the same days off.

GENERAL DUTIES Maintenance to campground buildings, facilities, equipment and grounds. Perform basic carpentry, electrical and plumbing projects and repairs, irrigation and some house keeping as directed by the Campground Manager.
