    SPECIFIC DUTIES

    • Greet and welcome all guests approaching the front desk in accordance with KOA standards.

     Resolve guest concerns and complaints in a thoughtful manner while maintaining campground standards.

    • Answer inquiries from guests regarding campground amenities and local attractions.

     Establish and maintain good communications and teamwork with fellow associates and other departments within thecampground and utilize proper two-way radio etiquette at all times.

     Oversee and ensure that all guests are checked in/out in a friendly, efficient and courteous manner.

     Maintain high standards of professionalism, customer service, quality and cleanliness.

  • Compensation/Benefits

    Minimum hours: Vary 25-32 hrs per week (5 days a week with 2 days off) pay based on experience, with all hours paid – Discussed during interview.

    RV site rent will be $500.00 per month, RV utilities included, free blazing fast Wi-Fi, 15% discount on store items and propane.

    Evaluation at 6 months, great performance and longer term employment may result in a bonus.

    Work Kamper couples hours are scheduled together.

GENERAL DUTIES  The Guest Service Representative (GSR) is an important part of the team due to their interactions with customers in person and on the phone, throughout the day. The GSR is responsible for providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests prior to arrival and throughout their stay. They will accommodate campground guests by registering, issuing keys, keeping proper record of occupied sites, making and confirming reservations and collecting payments in K2. The GSR will help maintain a clean, well-stocked and organized store. On occasion the GSR may be asked to help with other duties around the park as needed by the park manager.
