Responsibilities *Greet and welcome all guests approaching the front desk in accordance with KOA standards
*Resolve guest concerns and complaints in a thoughtful manner while maintaining campground standards
*Answer inquiries from guests regarding campground amenities and local attractions
*Establish and maintain good communications and teamwork with fellow associates and other departments within the campground and utilize proper two way radio etiquette at all times
*Oversee and ensure that all guests are checked in/out in a friendly, efficient and courteous manner
*Collect payments from guests checking in and in the store with accuracy
*Maintain high standards of professionalism, customer service, quality and cleanliness

Compensation/Benefits Paid for all hours worked at a rate of $14.42 per hour, paid bi-weekly
35-40 Hours per week
Full hook up site 30/50 amp is provided for $150.00 a month per couple

This is an immediate need in Beautiful Steamboat Springs CO
Steamboat Springs KOA Holiday in Steamboat Springs, CO has openings for the summer season workcampers. Come experience all Steamboat Springs has to offer from rafting on the Yampa River to relaxing at Strawberry Hot Springs Park, fishing, hiking, rodeos, hot air balloons and all the wonders of the west. We are a year round park and there would be opportunities to stay through the winter.
The Guest Service Representative is responsible for providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests prior to arrival and throughout their stay. They will accommodate campground guests by registering, issuing keys, keeping proper record of occupied sites, making and confirming reservations and collecting payments. The Guest Service Representative will help maintain a clean, well-stocked and organized store. Must be able to stand, lift, stoop, bend and work in a fast paced environment.
