Front desk staff provide excellent guest service both over the telephone and in person. We are looking for an enthusiastic, attentive, friendly and helpful face to greet guests as they walk through the door. Handle all guest issues with respect by listening and acknowledging their concern. In the event issues arise that requires additional assistance, this person will respectfully connect guest with supervisor on duty to find the best fit resolution. Follow all KOA guidelines and procedures regarding the handling of registrations, reservations, store sales, and refunds. Follow specific cash and credit card handling procedures and properly use the computer, cash register, credit card, and various other front desk equipment. Handle daily, weekly, and monthly scheduled stocking and cleaning programs as requested by the Guest Services Supervisor and/or Manager for all front office and store facilities. Promote local attractions, as well as the VKR program and being knowledgeable of local transit options to NYC (will train).
