    The full job description is attached, but basically the AGM is responsible for the day-to-day operations at the campground.  This includes training and overseeing staff, scheduling, and payroll.

  • Compensation/Benefits

    KOA offers a robust benefits package.  The AGM is a salaried position.  Salary will be discussed in the interview.  The AGM receives free site rent.  As a full-time employee of KOA, you earn PTO, receive holiday pay, are eligible for insurance, and after 1  year can participate in KOA’s 401k program.  At the campground level, we offer a 25% discount on store items and propane, a laundry allowance, uniforms are provided.
