    Responsibilities could include escorting guests, cleaning sites, cleaning buildings/cabins/bathrooms, taking reservations, customer service, restaurant work, store stocking & cashiering, planning and executing recreation events.

  • Compensation/Benefits

    Workamper positions start at $12 per hour. Employee paid Full hookup site includes Water/Electric/Sewer/CableTV/Wifi. Rent is $92.30 bi-weekly. 20% discount available on most store items. Local attraction discounts available.

Job Description

Enjoy the beauty of the Great Smoky Mountains from your front door. Our award winning property is nestled at the entrance to the GSM National Park in Townsend TN. With a “World Class Service” Net Promotor Score of 89, our team is passionate about getting customer service right! We offer positions in our Welcome Center, Grounds Maintenance, Housekeeping, Marathon Convenience Store, Recreation, and Sweet Shoppe. We make the best fudge in the Smokies on site! We entertain our guests by hosting themed weekends and fun activities. Our busy Marathon Station is the first retail stop coming out of the National Park. We enjoying serving others and helping them to create wonderful memories. If being a people person puts you in your happy place, then Townsend is the place for you!

Workamping couples can expect approximately 32 hours each, with consecutive days off together. Various different local attractions offer discounted tickets, including Dollywood, Stampede, Splash Country, etc.
