    Provide exceptional customer service. Follow tasks & duties assigned as listed in job description.

    Prior KOA K2 experience preferred

  • Compensation/Benefits

    Part Time hours not to exceed 20, but not less than 12 per week per person. Hourly pay is $14.00 Site rent is $175.00 per couple per month. NO exchange work for site. Hours vary with store hours each season. Couples have same days off.

    30 or 50 amp site available. All rigs must be self contained with functional services.
    All Hours PAID! Paid bi-weekly

Fredericksburg VA KOA is looking for your energy and dedication to making our guests stay great!

Registration: Assisting guests with reservations and check-in. Keeping store neat and stocked. Assist guests with attractions near us and inside the park.
Prior K2 experience preferred. Must be able to stand, lift, stoop, bend and work at fast pace. Ability to answer phones and computer knowledge required.

Maintenance: Make it great for our guests escorting them to their site.
Prior KOA knowledge preferred. Requires knowledge in basic electric, changing breakers, and plumbing repairs. Maintaining equipment is also required. Carpentry skills and basic fix-it projects are required. Mowing, weeding, and blowing of roads and site maintenance a must.
Must be able to be outside rain or shine for 6-8 hours a day. Must have valid drivers license, be able to lift, stoop bend, walk and easily maneuver equipment and vehicles. Pool experience a plus! Tractor driver also a plus!

If you love history, there is plenty to see in the Fredericksburg area on your days off. D.C. is just a train ride away. Historic sites await you.
Here in the woods, we nestle, No highway noise, and a short drive to all your favorite box stores and restaurants, as well as those unique to the area. Virginia Beach and other ocean areas are just a couple hours drive.
