First line of contact provides a welcoming atmosphere establishing a delightful connection with Guests via telephone, email, text and in person. Must be friendly, have a positive attitude, high attention to detail and possess listening skills, good verbal and writing abilities., able to answer questions, resolve issues and communicate Guests' need to other departments. Two locations, Lodge front desk and KOA registration. Must have strong dedication to GUEST SERVICE.
