As a Registration/Store Clerk, YOU are the first person our guests meet. Genuine enthusiasm, strong communication, & great customer service skills are crucial. Office/Store clerks must be comfortable multi-tasking in a fast- paced retail environment, talking with guests in person & over the phone, & utilizing the computer.

Job duties may include but not limited to:

Working together as a team, with an upbeat, can-do attitude that will boost team morale and ultimately: the overall satisfaction of our guests
Opening, Maintaining, &/or closing the registration area, store, laundry room, & restrooms in a neat, organized fashion, including balancing cash, light cleaning, restocking, pricing merchandise, replenishing rest-room supplies
Operating our computer for reservations, registrations, & POS transactions using the KOA K2 system
Providing guests with area information, recreational opportunities & answering visitor questions
obtain certification & pump propane
Delivery of firewood
Educating guests on &/or enforcing campground rules
Dressing appropriately with a professional appearance. KOA shirts will be provided
This position is 3-5 days per week.
