My primary role is to handle escalations and communicate with warehouses, customers, and drivers nationwide. I assist the overseas support agents by answering questions, ensuring adherence to SOPs, and taking the opportunity to educate as opportunities arise. Duties also include running several different reports in the morning to process reroutes, cancellations, donations, and communication with drivers who are returning packages to the distribution centers. Customer ratings are examined as part of our push for continual improvement.
