Operational and Financial Performance Manager

• Support the Chief Partnership Officer, Partnership Administrators and partnership leadership team in achieving business growth and operating and fiscal viability by meeting operational and fiscal targets.
• Collect and analyze data with standard statistical methods, assess and report results, make recommendations and provide written summaries, reports and presentations to partnership leadership.
• Provide planning and organization expertise to the operational and business aspects of the partnership with a strong focus on data analysis.

Practice Administrator

• Finance: assist with development of budget, processing payroll, financial reporting, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Performance Improvement/Project Management: creating plans and managing projects designed to enhance delivery of services to patients and healthcare partners, performing associated data analytics, etc.

Operations Manager

• Responsible for the 24/7 operation of the ground and air medical Emergency Medical Services (EMS) divisions inclusive of staff management, regulation compliance, and policy development.

• Provide administrative support and guidance to the Program Director and other executive level leadership on all matters related to EMS Operations for the Health System.
• Analysis and review of financial performance, preparation, and review of budget.
• Oversight of internal billing process to include serving as liaison with Golden Hour Data Systems and Capital Collection Service and compliance of program to include HIPAA training/enforcement, billing and policies and procedures, etc.
• Responsible for annual operating revenue of approximately $5 million.

Business & Finance Manager

• Analysis and review of financial performance, preparation, and review of budget (Strata and Hyperion), creation, maintenance, and analysis of statistical data pertaining to all aspects of the pro- gram to include, transport volume and revenue, budget variances, accounts payable, purchased hours, etc.
• Posting payments and denials to patient accounts, completing monthly analysis reports, processing lockbox deposits, processing check requests, preparing information for auditors, tracks transport volume and other general accounting, billing, and office support functions.
• Additional responsibilities include payroll functions, project management, contract management, equipment and fleet maintenance, operational management of ground division employees, and participating in the employee interview process.
• Assisted in restructuring the department to reduce expenses by $800,000.
• Lead implementation of new billing/charting/dispatch software.
