Director of Operations
As director of operations I was tasked with ensuring the smooth operations of a 50+ employee company. Working along side the rest of the executive team we were able to boost company output by 22% in the first year by simply created a cohesive work environment which made all of the 45 employees feel as though they were part of a family instead of just another cog in the wheel. Though my job title was that of a director, I wore many hats for this company. With a crew of 50 personnel when one was missing it was up to the rest of us to pick up the slack. I often found myself in the field quoting jobs, troubleshooting issues on large scale irrigation systems and much much more. This position has given me a very well rounded understanding of not only the physical trade style work am accustom to, but also the ins and outs of running a successful business.
