Catering Administrator
Perform administrative duties to assist in catering operations for OU’s affairs including; planning and processing orders with clients, utilizing CaterTrax software, hosting meetings with the University supervisor to insure smooth events, making spreadsheets for the chefs to help complete orders , as well as updating them on changes.
I technically resigned from this job at the end of 2021 but I’ve gone back to assist over the years to help my boss when she needs it. -

Customer Service – working the register for sales transactions, as well as returns. Providing GREAT customer service to guests. I was a register supervisor for 15 years before the position was eliminated by corporate.
Cash Office – counting cash and rectifying other transactions, balancing drawers, making cash and check deposits to bank.
Jewelry Associate – assisting customers in the department, completing weekly inventory counts, processing new merchandise and completing transfers for damage/stolen jewelry.
Amazon Returns – complete collaborative returns from Amazon customers, sort returns into proper bins before truck loading.
Orientation Facilitator – facilitate onboarding process for new hires.
