• Set up, decorate, and break down activity areas before and after events.
• Promote scheduled activities through social media, campground announcements, flyers, and guest interactions.
• Maintain activity supplies, inventory, and equipment, and notify management when replenishment is needed.
• Assist in developing new activities and special events that enhance the guest experience.
• Enforce campground safety rules and immediately report accidents, incidents, or guest concerns.
• Encourage guest participation and provide outstanding customer service.
• Maintain clean and organized activity spaces.
• Assist with campground operations during non-activity periods, which may include light housekeeping, front desk support, store assistance, or other assigned duties.
• Work collaboratively with all departments to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Attend staff meetings and participate in required training programs.
• Represent the San Antonio / Alamo KOA Holiday in a professional and positive manner at all times.
