Pancake Breakfast- This job entails the cooking of pancakes and other hot breakfast items while giving GREAT customer service. You will also clean up the kitchen and dining area afterwards and be using a cash register. This also entails evening activities such as watermelon feeds, ice cream socials, smores parties and wine tasting.
· Responsibilities
Cooks are responsible for the preparation and cooking of food products accurately and with minimal waste. This position requires you to stand for up to 5 hours during a shift, be able to lift at least and/or move up to 50 pounds, and have full mobility of hands and arms while performing repetitive tasks. Candidates should possess:
Proven experience as cook
Experience in using cutting tools, cookware and bakeware
Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling etc.)
Ability to follow all sanitation procedures
Ability to work in a team
Very good communication skills
Excellent physical condition and stamina
ASAP until October 1.
We have Full hookup (water, electric and sewer) back-in sites(50/30 amps). We offer campground store discounts. Rent is $30.00 every two weeks which comes out of paycheck.
