Immediate Opening - Fall/Winter Season
The San Antonio KOA is looking for an energetic, friendly, and guest-focused Front Desk Guest Service Representative to join our team immediately and remain with us through the fall and winter season.
If you enjoy working with people, creating great guest experiences, and being part of a fast-paced team environment, we'd love to hear from you. This position is often the first impression guests have of our campground, so a positive attitude, warm personality, and genuine desire to help others are essential.
What You'll Do
- Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude
- Check guests in and out efficiently
- Make and confirm reservations
- Answer questions about campground amenities and local attractions
- Resolve guest concerns with patience and professionalism
- Process payments and follow cash handling procedures
- Assist with retail sales and store merchandising
- Help keep the front office and store clean, organized, and well stocked
- Work closely with other departments to ensure an exceptional guest experience
What We're Looking For
- A positive, upbeat personality and strong customer service skills
- Someone who genuinely enjoys working with guests and helping people
- Ability to remain calm and professional during busy periods
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Valid driver's license
- Prior campground, hotel, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience is preferred
We provide a full hookup site at no charge; you pay metered electric at the current rate.
An end of commitment merit bonus of up to $1 for every hour worked is paid to you in your final paycheck.
15% discount on store merchandise, food, and propane. A laundry stipend of $10.00 per week. A minimum of three KOA logo shirts are supplied. Site discounts are also available for visiting family and friends.
