Ready to spend the fall and winter at the beautiful Lake of the Ozarks while joining a fun, friendly campground team? Lake of the Ozarks KOA in Linn Creek, Missouri is looking for an energetic and dependable Work Kamping Couple to join us beginning September 1, 2026!
We’re looking for a couple who enjoys meeting people, working together, staying active, and helping create a great camping experience for our guests.
The Positions
This opportunity combines Maintenance and Front Desk/Guest Services responsibilities, making it a great fit for a couple whose skills complement each other.
Maintenance
Our maintenance team helps keep the campground looking great and running smoothly. Duties may include:
- General campground maintenance and repairs
- Groundskeeping and site cleanup
- Helping maintain RV sites and common areas
- Light plumbing, electrical, or carpentry projects depending on experience
- Trash pickup and keeping campground areas clean
- Assisting guests with campsite-related needs
- Helping with other campground projects as needed
A positive attitude, willingness to pitch in, and basic maintenance or handyman skills are a big plus!
Front Desk & Guest Services
Our front desk is all about making guests feel welcome from the moment they arrive. Duties may include:
- Greeting and checking in campers
- Making and managing reservations
- Answering phones and guest questions
- Providing information about the campground and Lake of the Ozarks area
- Assisting with camp store purchases
- Helping guests have a fun, comfortable stay
- Keeping the office and store welcoming, organized, and guest-ready
Previous campground, hospitality, retail, or customer-service experience is helpful, but a friendly personality and willingness to learn are just as important!

- Comfortable working with guests and fellow team members
- Willing to jump in and help wherever needed
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable with basic computers and reservation systems
- Proud of keeping a campground clean, attractive, and welcoming
- Excited about spending time in the beautiful Lake of the Ozarks area
