Job Dates: November 1, 2026 – March 31, 2027
Hollywood KOA Journey is seeking a friendly, dependable Workamper couple to join our team for the 2026–2027 winter season.
Position Responsibilities
Front Desk
- Check guests in and out
- Answer phones and assist with reservations
- Provide excellent customer service
- Assist with light housekeeping duties as needed
Maintenance
- General campground maintenance
- Clean and maintain bathhouses and restrooms
- Keep grounds clean and presentable
- Perform minor repairs and other maintenance tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Must have your own RV
- Friendly, professional attitude with excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work as a team.
- Reliable, organized, and willing to assist in multiple areas of the campground.
- Able to perform physical tasks, including cleaning and light maintenance.

Our smaller campground provides a great learning environment where you'll receive hands-on experience using the KOA Kampsight reservation system. The skills you gain here can help prepare you for future opportunities at KOA campgrounds across the country.
Compensation

- Our workampers generally are not asked to work additional hours beyond the lot rent and you will not be required to do so, however, additional hours are paid at $14 per hour rate. Compensation includes RV full hook up site with electric, water, septic, wifi and a 15% discount on all store items. You are not asked to pay any rent nor are you charged anything for electric
