Port Lavaca / Matagorda Bay KOA is seeking a friendly, dependable, hardworking individual to support daily office and housekeeping operations. Couples welcome
Responsibilities:

Welcome guests, handle reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and phone calls.

Assist guests with questions, pizza orders, and other campground services.

Assist with Guests' activities, such as Magnet Painting, Tie-Dye Shirts, Candle Making, S'mores, and train rides.

Clean and prepare cabins, restrooms, laundry facilities, and common areas as needed.

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and campground appearance.

Work as part of a team and assist wherever needed.
Requirements:

Friendly, professional attitude and good communication skills.

Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Basic computer skills.

Ability to perform physical cleaning duties.

Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Previous experience preferred but not required. Training provided.
Benefits
Starting pay is $10.00 per hour, plus a $1.00 per hour retention bonus.
For every six months of continuous employment completed, employees receive a bonus equal to $1.00 for every hour worked during that six-month period.
The bonus is paid every six months after completing each six-month employment period.
Total effective compensation: $11.00 per hour, including the retention bonus.
PLUS
A free, 30/50AMP full hook-up RV site requires working a minimum of 15 hours per week.
The campground will pay up to $100/month toward the electric bill, plus free Wi-Fi.
