• MAINTENANCE--- Mechanically inclined, flexible, maintains an upbeat attitude and willingness to help out wherever needed.  Committed to Guest Service.   Repair, upkeep and preventative maintenance.   Preforms physical labor. This position requires some skills in plumbing, carpentry, painting and electrical repair.  Other duties include but not limited to: 
• Pumps Propane
• Maintains work vehicle and tools
• Abiltiy to change out toilets and fix broken water pipes
• Minor Electrical 
• Removal of debris and picks up trash
• Ability to left and carry heavy objects
• Operates weed whacker, mower and log splitter
• Works with other departments to maintain smooth operations of facilities
• Other duties as assigned
• Must have valid driver's license

Takes pride in maintaining sparkling water features.  Operation of heavy equipment a plus but not required. 

Experience preferred.
