• The Front Desk Clerk is responsible for assisting guests with check-in and check-out,
answers and processes all phone calls received, plus handles all special requests for
services or information, in accordance with standard policies and procedures.
• Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction. Anticipate guests needs, respond
promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day. Always
maintain positive guest relations.
• Maintain complete knowledge of features/services, hours of operation, site and cabin
rates, special packages and promotions. Knowledge of camper count and expected
arrivals/departures, scheduled daily group activities.
• Ensure accuracy and security of contracted monies. Process all guest check-ins. Verify
registration information with the guest. Obtain guest credit/payment method and input
into system; collect cash when designated. Process all check-outs, adjustment, paid-outs,
correction, miscellaneous charges, and reports using the computer system accurately.
• Direct escort person or perform in person to guide guest to their site or cabin. Register
walk-in guests. Make telephone reservations and answer guest questions using correct
greeting and telephone etiquette.
• Prepare food items such as pizzas and hot-wings as needed.

We provide a full hookup site at no charge; you pay metered electric at the current rate.
An end of commitment merit bonus of up to $1 for every hour worked is paid to you in your final paycheck.
15% discount on store merchandise, food, and propane. A laundry stipend of $10.00 per week. A minimum of three KOA logo shirts are supplied. Site discounts are also available for visiting family and friends.
