Watch a Custer’s Last Stand Reenactment in late June and visit the Little Bighorn Battlefield Nat’l Monument and museum. Don’t forget Pompeys Pillar Nat’l Monument, Bighorn River, Bighorn Canyon Nat’l Recreation Area and Yellowtail Dam. Choose from grassy Tent Sites or level RV Sites. Enjoy the swimming pool and horseshoes. The kids can play on the playground swings while you visit with friendly neighbors (kids under 17 stay free). Pets will love the pet wash and KampK9—a great place for them to get some exercise. Oh, yes— trout fishing on the Bighorn River is just a mile away. It’s only a 5-hour drive west to Yellowstone Nat’l Park and a 5-hour drive east to Mount Rushmore.
