Start your day with a hearty breakfast from the Little Campfire Café, then hit the beach, Devils Lake or the Lincoln City Kite Festival (one in summer, one in fall). The area boasts miles of soft beaches, perfect for whale watching, lighthouse touring and glass-float finding. Yes, the “float fairies” of the Lincoln City Visitor and Convention Bureau hide thousands of handmade, multicolored glass floats along the beaches. You’ll find the same beautiful floats for sale in the campground store. At the end of the day, “float” on back to KOA, close enough to the Pacific for easy access, yet inland enough to avoid coastal fog and wind. Come check out the RV Sites with KOA Patio! Enjoy a barbecue and local Tillamook ice cream. One of the local elk might even come through asking to share.
