The pleasures of the Lone Star State await you at Austin East Holiday KOA. Austin is known for its top-tier musical talent and year-round roster of festivals and events. Extending Texas hospitality and making sure every aspect of our guests experience is GREAT has earned us a 5-Star rating and the Founder’s Award every year since we opened in 2018. Our Team members are the reason we have this rating. We are a busy park with incredible guests. Currently we have 91 sites and will begin construction of the phase II development in the near future. If providing this level of excellence drives you, then Austin East KOA wants you on our team. We are looking for 1 team: Start dates – Now 2023, End date – April , 2024.
THE GUEST SERVICE TEAM
One part of your team will work in the Office/KampStore assisting with reservations/check-in, making KampStore sales and assuring our guests are welcomed and feel at home. (Oh, and assisting with all those other behind the scene tasks that keep our Office and KampStore vibrant and well stocked) K2 experience is considered a plus but not necessary.
The second part of your team will work outside greeting and escorting our guests to their sites and making sure they are happy campers. Wood, ice and propane sales are an important service that we offer our guests. (And yes, you also will be helping with all those tasks that keep the park and grounds clean and ready for our guests.)
