Responsibilities:
- Maintain a safe, fun, clean, and family-oriented environment at all times
- Continue and grow our regional reputation as a top-tier campground
- Ensure a positive guest experience by addressing and solving any guest-related issues
- Supervise store and snack counter operations
- Manage and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and neighbors
- Recruit, train, and lead the on-site team of approximately 14 seasonal employees
- Plan and oversee a bustling calendar of family-friendly events
- Manage daily operations including bill payments, recording expenses, maintenance, and scheduling
- Enforce campground rules and policies fairly for all guests and employees
