I’m charge of preparing and serving meals for out first class passengers on the train as well as the BBQ for our concession cars.
Assist food department manager with orders, menu, inventory and other duties in food and beverage as needed.

Preparing and running payroll, insurance and reporting responsibilities. Kept detail files and employee records. Handled servicing employee’s needs in person or via phone. Dealt with various agency in regards to these duties.

Responsible for compiling, analyzing, verifying and posting of financial information in an accounting program custom designed for the company. Fully responsible for bank reconciliation, month end closing procedures, and preparing data for review by company’s accounting firm.
